Opinion Poll for PED offenders

PostSun Aug 11, 2013 1:19 am

Mostly for the keeper league folks out there. I have some of the players that were suspended and curious to the thoughts of others.

Both, but they should all have high injury ratings.

Both sets.

My question is why should they be given a high injury rating? They weren't hurt.

In the current set (2012) ARod doesn't have an high injury yet he missed significant time with his hip injury.
(Missed from July 26th-Oct. 2nd)

My thinking is that the high injury rating may knock them out of multiple games often, sort of like a scattered suspension. For instance, I think it would of been fair if Melky's 2012 card had a 4 or 5 rating to limit his games, but instead he's one of the best cards in the set. Just a thought...

I hear ya...

But these guys aren't injured.

They should be priced accordingly and if they get hurt, they can go down for 15. (Caveat Emptor)

You're getting into ethical/moral stuff thinking they should have an injury. That should have ZERO impact in Strat's mind.

It would make zero sense to only put these guys in the unleashed set. What would be next, drop steroid users from the next ATG set?

Uhm are you asking for OUR opion or what strat will do?

We already know what will happen, Melky Cabrerra got a 50 gamer last year but was included in the normal set with a regular injury roll. I expect all the Biogen players will get similar treatment assuming they haven't had a lengthy stay on the DL.

In short the suspension(s) means nothing to the card.
