For clarification purposes, a prospect for this draft is defined as:
Any player signed to an MLB franchise prior to the start of the 2013 MLB season, with no MLB playing experience prior to the start of the 2013 MLB season that is not currently on a NAKL team's.
As an example, NYM OF Juan Legares WAS eligible, recent draftee Mark Appel, is NOT ELIGIBLE
