Heilmann vs Kelley

Kelley is 1.5 mil less and knocks the socks off the ball - I'm in a small ball park Arlington.
My question is, how much will the arm, 0 vs +2, and fielding, 2 vs 3, matter

Take Heilmann, he is the better hitter.

statistically Kelley is a much better hitter - should get 40 or more hits/walks during the season

that's doubtful. however, kelley's speed sucks, and his rating is misleading.

i have a team currently cruising into the post season with a record of 98-58. that features both ichiro and heilmann in the outfield corners.

don't see how the rest of my team is relevant - I really just want to know how many hits/errors a 2 vs a 3 will give up in a season and how many bases a 0 vs a +2
then I can measure that to how many hits/walks Joe will get vs Harry
