Remember, you can place players on your Autodraft card who are:

--Carded to your franchise (unless they are on another ACTIVE team's Assigned list)
--ASSIGNED to your team for the Autodraft
--ANY Free Agent on the ROTATED OUT list who played for your franchise (at least 1 AB/0.1 IP) from 1947--today

After the Autodraft runs, if there is Free Agent who is assigned or carded to an ACTIVE team who played for your franchise (at least 1 AB/0.1 IP) from 1947-today, you can grab THAT player in Waivers.

Here is an issue that may come up with rotated out teams:

I did not assign EVERY player with a card for 2 or more franchises. For example, I have the Angels this round, and Del Rice played for the Angels and was not Assigned to the Braves or Cardinals. The Braves are Rotated out this season, but the Cardinals are not, and Rice is carded as a Brave and a Cardinal. Therefore, only the Cardinals can Autodraft Del Rice.

Another hypothetical, Kluszewski is ASSIGNED to the Reds, but also has a White Sox card. Although the Reds are Rotated out, the White Sox are not. Therefore, even though Klu played for the Angels and is Assigned to the Rotated out Reds, I cannot Autodraft him because the White Sox are active and he has a White Sox card.

Rule of thumb:
ASSIGNED trumps everything else
CARDED trumps PLAYED FOR FRANCHISE but not carded

Are we playing the ATGVI - Post WW2 or ATGVII Post - WWII 1947-2011?

Well, we are using the POSTWAR SET, which, if I understand what you're asking, is the post and exp groupings, collectively the POST WAR Player Set

In the ATG VII are we using the Expansion Era Version or just the Post WWII version? My Assigned players Sparky Lyle,
Paul O'Neil & Willie Randolph are not on the Post WWII Roster, but are on the Expanded Version. They are not on the Post WWII Version, only Elston Howard is on the Post WWII Version. Help!
