Bullpen roles chronologically speaking

Not sure why I'm second guessing myself at this stage of the game, but regarding setting up the bullpen roles, what is the usual chronological order of those roles during a game?

Setup
Closer

or

Setup
Late
Closer

Mopup and middleman or more obviously defined IMO and come before all the rest, and obviously tied & 9th is self explanatory.
