Thought they fixed the relief

Clemens, set to slow hook in a DH game, is throwing a 1 hit shutout. He's taken out in the top of the 8th for the setup man. I know the score was 2-0, so its a close one, but why would you ever take him out, a 1 hit shutout.

Another stupid move:
Puts in McMahon who is set to set-up close, come in when its close. He pitched the last 2 games and was an F0 now.
The score was 7-3. Why wouldn't HAL use one of my other relievers?
This is just ridiculous - I thought they had all this straigtened out - did this new group of rocket scientists change the bull pen logic back to the way it was?
