Quick question.....if someone who is to be retired is not made a keeper by the team that owns them, are they allowed to be drafted by another team....or is that too late to keep them from being retired?

a team could steal a player to keep him active, but otherwise if the team with rights doesn't name him as a keeper, he's retired.
