That's only four hitters. Martinez, Adams and Slim Jones are Pitchers, Appling, Bresnahan, Biggio and Beckwith are hitters. Looks like 3/4 to me.

That's only four hitters. Martinez, Adams and Slim Jones are Pitchers, Appling, Bresnahan, Biggio and Beckwith are hitters. Looks like 3/4 to me.

Pedro Martinez and Luke Appling were not your keepers (Honus and Cobb were), so that is 5 hitters and 2 pitchers.
I suppose that using your trade recipients as keepers may be a valid interpretation , and I may be being too heavy handed in my thoughts...I will defer to Palanion (Bill) as the author of these rules if he would lend his opinion/intent.
