Way to check for open leagues

I know that I can go to some link and find a listing of the open leagues and what formats they are, I just can't remember the link.

Can someone help out with that? Thanks in advance. It's good to know that there is a league close to full and what format before spending the time building a team, especially with some of the less active formats...
