Prince Fielder

Is it too early to panic. Price Fielder in Safeco after 21 games is....216/.298/.338 2 hr/10rbi

Just a very slow start or is Safeco his Delilah to him being Sampson?

The Prince is more of a Hitting Park Batter at worst you can use him in a Neutral Park. You have him in a Pitching Park and his numbers reflect that.

Can you post a link to your team page? It would be interesting to me to look at the misc page for die roll and split card effects. It would also be interesting to see what your divisional rivals look like.

I had him in Fenway just to have a LH hitter. It was not worth it.

Traded with a Citizens Bank team for Encarnacion. Now we are both happier.

I don't think he would be bad in Safeco. Every player will suffer. You need some power for your away games.

I had him in AT&T and he went on a tear over the last week or two (relatively speaking) to get up to a final year split of .248/.328/.388. Absolutely horrible most of the whole season. At the halfway point, his OPS was still below .600. And the card splits were actually in HIS favor.

Agree with that. Fielder really responded to Camden Yards slight HR numbers bump this SOM year (I own Fielder in a Keeper league). Here's how he finished on my team...

30 hrs in 2012 and you got him to hit 50 in the simulation. He hit 18 out of 27 chances BP HRs. Looks like even if he had been in a non HR ballpark he would have reached his accurate HR quota
