One-Game Playoff for ties

Wouldn't it be easy enough to play off ties? Like schedule the game on Saturday, and if more than one was needed, play a second game that night?

Better than the current tie-breakers. Head-to-head is ok, but the run differential tie-breaker is a bit random.

I complained about this some time ago.

Fell on deaf ears.

I recently finished a league where 3 of us tied for the Wild Card. BOTH teams beat me handily in head-to-head records, but somehow I got the spot due to run differential.

Would have been much more fair to have played it off on a Saturday.

My season ended in a 3 way tie for the W/C and though I beat the other 2 teams head to head, I didn't get in.

I'd love to see a one game playoff for ties.
