Games Not Running?

Next time the games run slow, you guys can work on your scavenger hunt.

But on the positive front, the bulletin still reads that you can still get a 6-pack for $79 -

At tonights rate of game play, that could last you a really long time........

just another in the long list of reasons why i am "retired" from playing strat. yeah, i may still check the boards if i am drunk and bored, but that is only for my personal entertainment.

Hmm. While I agree with everyone else about the upgrades that are seemingly never coming if games running late for the first time in a long time is one of the reasons why you are 'retiring" i'd say its long overdue. I've guess we've just grown accustomed to complaining around here.

It was on the yellow background banner inside the game on your teams pages, right where now it says - LIMITED TIME SALE! - guess they removed it after they finally got the games running. I saw it at about 10:30 pm PST (1:30 am EST), but I went to bed before my results were finally available.

Honestly I wish the games hadn't run. Woke up to having lost five of six games played. Nothing to deflate you like working your way back up to .500, only to be swept in the next series.

Hi! It is me, Chief Wahoo! I have been playing a small number of teams for several months, perhaps 2-4 at a time. Real life has intruded, but I still enjoy the occasional team. However, it seems like there are no leagues left! Well, there are a few private leagues, and a few public leagues filling very slowly but it really has dwindled from the golden age when you could come on here any weekend night and generate a spirited frenzy. It is not just the gloom and doom of a few people speculating. It is really really dramatically slower.

good to see you- been doing the same thing, playing one sometimes two teams at a time.

I know that many of us who were complaining were doing so to try and head-off and turn-around exactly where things predictably are now-
Every one of us wanted/want the game to thrive and get tons of new players so we would ALL have a great time.
