Duplicate Ballpark Infraction Report-please read and respond

I'm making my way through my review of the ballparks used by each player. Each post here will identify a penalty occurrence. I ask that players check my analysis. If there are any complaints, please let me know, preferably by private message (for the sake of arguing or explaining in private, for the player's sake). However, please be advised that accidental re-use of a ballpark will not be considered to be sufficient grounds for appeal.

There have been occasions where the game system has accidentally changed a player's ballpark. If so, I will consider an appeal on these grounds. However, on those rare occasions where this has occurred, players have brought this to my attention quickly (and it was fixed quickly by strat). So even an accidental change is not necessarily sufficient for a successful appeal.

Having said all of that, if you believe that my analysis is wrong, or that there are some odd circumstances that warrant an appeal, please send me a private message to set out your appeal.

Ballpark re-use report #1 - Sorry Phenomenal - you used Miller Park in Event 4 as well as Event 5. Looks like an infraction.

Ballpark re-use report #2 - Sorry Neil Toomey - you also used Miller Park in Event 3 (League 10) as well as Event 4 (League 9). Looks like an infraction.

I've completed my review for duplicate ballparks.

Please note that penalties are not assessed with respect to filler teams use of ballparks, since those filler teams are ignored for the point standings anyway. (Thanks again for the players who helped out as fillers!).

The only 2 duplicates for official teams are as noted in the 2 previous posts on this thread. The penalties must be assessed, unfortunately. Sorry guys.

Another reminder - for players who make the final 36 for the tournament playoffs - YOU STILL MAY NOT RE-USE ANY BALLPARKS! THE PENALTIES IN THE PLAYOFFS IS DISQUALIFICATION. Please choose your ballparks very carefully!!!

I do apologize, I honestly have no idea how this happened. I thought I was being very careful about that stuff.

It cost me a lot of positions but thankfully I won 2 world series and made the finals in my first 3 events and that looks to carry me to enough points to make the top 36.

My first time ever playing this tourny, having a great time... looking forward to competing more!
