Filled-New 24 team keeper league
It's 2012 regular set, with a $70 million cap. *** NO DH ***

The name of the league is the "NO DH KEEPER LEAGUE"
The Mahoots is the commissioner of the league. I'm just paraphrasing the league rules a little.
The main idea of the league is that you have 13 keepers, which are "declared" after the end of the first season played. So the first season starts very simply with just a regular autodraft. The 13 keepers are declared in between the first and second seasons of the 2012 card year.
There are 2 2012 seasons, but there will be 4 seasons played for the 2013 card year, once it comes out in March.
To start and sign up, all you have to do is enter a team!

Just by way of explanation, this keeper league formed kinda spontaneously from a separate 24 team league that we were all in - at least 15 or so of the 24 team league people. We just formed the league initially by emails in the other league. One more joined (so far) from the post in the ILC chat thread. We just need 8 more and we're rolling!
I am looking forward to this league for several reasons:
-I like the NO DH format;
-I like the $70 million cap for a 24 team league. My own estimate is that this is approximately equal to the average major league team strat payroll.
-I like having just 13 keepers. To me, this should make the changes from year to year a lot of fun, and might approximate the effects of free agency in the strat simulation world.
