200M League, Double Vision - New League Forming

I was bummed to have missed the first go-round, so why not start another version?

Same basic rules as the first: $200M DH, 5%,10%,20% drop, manual division assignment so noone has two teams in the same division. Each manager drafts two teams and runs them how they see fit.
