Remember that all 78 or 79 players for each franchise will need to be on rosters, after the autodraft: Instructional league at 27 or 28 players, Minors can be 25 or 26, and Majors are at the standard 25.

As you finalize your Instructional (i) league rosters this weekend, remember these parameters:

INSTRUCTIONAL LEAGUE

Game engine cap: $60 mil
League: $25 mil cap for ACTIVE players on roster

Up to 28 active players
No more than 3 players over $1.75 mil, with a cap of $2.25 mil for any individual player

If you have 79 players for your franchise, then you must have 28 (i) and 26 (m), in order to hit the target of 25 (M) in the top league.

If you have only 78 in total, then you can choose to have either 27 (i) & 26 (m) or the alternative of 28 (i) & 25 (m).

During the first 21 games (i), there will be no player movement between levels. There is no one to promote from a lower level as an injury replacement and players assigned to a higher level are not active yet.

During games 22 - 51 (i) and games 1 - 30 (m), only promotions for injury replacements at the (m) level will be allowed. After game 30 (m), players can be demoted from (m) to (i). In such cases, though, the replacement who is promoted must have a higher salary than the one who is sent down.

When a player is called up, he must be dropped at the same time from the lower level team. Managers are responsible for doing this on the honor system. Prior to each night's play, each manager will make sure his/her teams have no more than the appropriate total number of players on the active rosters, with the exception that injured players need not count against such totals at that moment in time.

Half of the teams in the Instructional league do not have the required 27 or 28 players. Please update your rosters before Monday night.

The max for pitchers is 12.The minimum for position players is 13.
I have 42 position players and 37 pitchers.
42/3= 14 to have 28 in the i league , 12 max P and 16 H
This leaves me with 25 P and 26H to have 26 in the minors, 12max P and 14 H
This leaves me with 13P and 12 hitters , which is a no no

I don't have time to do the leg work (I'm sorry) but if anyone wants to figure out which leftover I dint use yet, I will trade with wilmur.

I have a few minutes, I ll see if I can come up with it, but if not, I give permission to the commish to complete the trade for wilmur with my leftover dude whoever it is.

A real quick look, looks like Elmore is my extra dude.

I will hafta do some fine tuning later. I think that would leave me with 43 hitters (15 - Inst 14 Min and 14 Bigs)

Think I have my Instr at 15 now.

5 of the managers are not at the correct roster sizes yet:

willmurr at 26 of 79 - 28 must be on this squad (and at or below $25K)
zim at 26 of 78 - either 27 or 28 need to be here
tpierce at 25 of 78 - either 27 or 28 need to be here
JMP1 at 25 of 78 - either 27 or 28 need to be here
