Vanishing team data

In looking over the archive of my past teams, the data has vanished from three of my teams. In the list of my past teams, the "player set" entry is blank (although the other information, such as league name and W-L record) is still there. But if you click on the team link, and go to "your team," none of the players are listed (only the team stats). Here's what I mean:

Also, if you go to the schedule, the game-by-game results are there, but the boxscores are blank.

I first noticed this with respect to one of my teams earlier this summer and contacted SOM, to no avail. I just noticed that the exact same thing happened again with two more teams. Each of the teams in question finished up earlier this year (the earliest was around February, the latest around May). Also, each of them was from a shuffle league (not sure if that's related to the problem, or just a coincidence). Has anyone else had this problem?

I've never played a shuffle league, but I checked a few of my teams both recent and years ago, and all the individual detail is there that's missing for you.

To be clear, most of my team's data is fine- just three out of several dozen old teams. But the fact that it's more than zero is troublesome to me.

There was a thread recently asking about a certain type of team. I was going through my archived teams for examples and noticed several of my old teams also had missing roster data. As dukie98 says it is not all teams but there are some where there is no data beyond won-lost record and team totals.

Yep, I've had this same experience.

Good news. SOM confirmed that it was the shuffle that caused the problem, and they were able to restore the missing data.
