Mystery Game Tournament

Marketing and customer service are not SOM's strong suits, but the game is pretty cool.

I'm thinking we start the 60's round and then 1 week later we start the 70's.

At the mid point of the 60's season we would start the 80's league, and the the 90's league would start at the mid point of the 70's league.

I feel after the first event starts, the next event shouldn't begin until the previous event is at the halfway point. Then continue that way, until all events are complete.

There will be not be 100% agreement on how fast to begin the leagues nor DH/no DH. Sign up if you are interested in the tourny even though it likely won't suit your every wish. Don't sign up if this would be a big issue to you.

We still need four players.
FWIW, I prefer to start 60s and 70s at the same time and then the 80s and 90s halfway through.

4? We should be trying to get at least 28 more players, if not 40. People are traveling during Thanksgiving. We'll get more people signing up when they get back. Also, some may be waiting for some clear rules. Advertise this in your other leagues. This tourney has been a lot of fun in past years.

Well looking at my past teams, the most recent one we did back in 2010 had 2 leagues start at the same time:
Monday, Jan. 4, 2010
The 3rd league started: Monday, Feb. 22, 2010
The 4th league started: Monday, Mar. 8, 2010

Of course the finals didn't start until the last league finished because it was needed to determine who made the top 12.
