Question about injuries

I'm new to the mystery game, and I'm wondering, do the rules of 600+PA meaning 3 game max injury/700+ meaning rest of game max apply to the mystery game? Because the injuries don't have the same green color coding for limited injury players that they do in the current set. Thanks in advance.

A second question for anyone with the knowledge and desire to answer it: does the salary take into account how easy it is to determine which card a player has? Or is it simply based on the averaged stat line?

Yes except it's 680 AB+BB, not 700 that's the cutoff in all iterations of the game.

To answer your second question: I highly doubt it. However, it's not just based on the stat line either since the stat line can be influenced by which park the player played in. In other words, the salary is based on the card, not the stats.
