Pitcher Usage Question

If I have a pitcher that is in a game and pitching well. Starter or a reliever. In my settings I have another pitcher listed as a setup man. Will the pitcher that is pitching well get pulled in a setup situation....even if he is pitching well and not fatigued?

Put him on slow hook if you would prefer he not be pulled. Or use the do not relieve before setting.
Put him on quick hook if you would want the setup man in.

As to whether Hal will follow your desires .... They guy who is good enough to accurately predict what Hal will do is not a guy I would have a chance against. Back home that is enough to convict you on witchcraft charges.
