Josh Hamilton a 3 across the board in the OF. Hard to figure out what happened to this guy. He was so incredible first two months of 2012. Not only at the plate but defensively he was catching almost everything not hit on the ground or over the fence. Seemed like every other game he was making a highlight play. Then it was like someone cursed him and overnight he quit hitting and became average in the field. I thought it was just a case of being overly concerned about getting injured and messing up his chance at a big contract so was expecting a huge bounceback with the contract in hand in LA. Very disappointing.

Has no bearing on our online game.

Has no direct bearing on the online game. But to me it does say something about the credibility of strato fielding ratings in general.

If I'm not mistaken, ( I've never played the basic game, only read the rules many years ago, so I may be) the range rating in the basic game also takes into accout errors as there is no seperate error rating, so that may account for some of the differences.

I'm a season ticket holder for the Padres and I can tell you that giving Jedd Gyorko a 4 at 2B is laughably wrong. I saw that guy range into shallow RF on several occasions. He made a few sloppy errors, but his range is not the problem.

That said, Strat should probably come up with a 6 fielding rating for Jesus Guzman at 3B.
