Yes, Live Draft is a big step. There are three changes this site really needs:

1. Live Draft.
2. RP realism (Ex. Murray pitching 350 innings).
3. Price changes, to keep the game from getting stagnant.

Bruce I respectfully disagree-
the most important thing this site has needed and still needs is communication.

I'm going to draft the most ridiculous teams possible just for fun or to relieve boredom.

Actually I'm suffering a severe case of anxiety, all "those hassles from dealing with a salary cap" don't ya know?

On the communication front, it would be good to see an acknowledgement that the online game engine is flawed and very different from the current CD-rom game. Would love to see a timeline of improvements to get to that level. otherwise, this is not realistic enough and very frustrating.

Eight mock drafts are running right now and there's 5 managers giving it a try. 91 openings right now no waiting. Where are all the managers who have been whining for a year and a half? :?:

Let's see if I can sum this up - the game company asked for feedback on their Live Draft app, but some in the community have hard feelings about "lack of communication" so they would rather wait until the app is rolled out and complain about it than provide feedback now. When challenged by Big Ric, he is summarily dismissed with a prepubescent pejorative.

That about cover it guys?

Wow! It really looks good. There was some room to be creative with it, Like.... not having sonar sounds for picks, howabout some crowd noise or a bat to ball sound or a catchers mitt receiving a fastball? Maybe a background color or pic, or painting or rotating the recently posted Ballpark pics to warm things up?
I hope that it doesn't crash, I am wondering how the time set-ups Lock outs, draft position randomization and initiation of the draft at the pre-set time comes off? Those were things that were really the problems on the old system. We need to play it, for real, the mock stuff doesn't expose what the real issues might be.....but I am just happy to see that it is possible.
And yeah, there is nothing but hard feelings about this!!! And the hell with anyone that doesn't understand that the community, including myself is, and should be fantastically underwhelmed by the way they have been treated.....All you apologists need to understand the service stinks, they care not about our addicted rear-ends, and the community as a whole has lost it's spark and liveliness due to the absolute apathy coming outta corporate......I used to play 9-12 teams at a time....now I play 3-4....I'm totally unimpressed for the price I pay, and the promises made that remain startlingly undelivered.

With all that said.......

Now when can we start using it? I would like to get a Friday Night Blatzateria up and running ASAP......
Who is in for an olde Time Draft?
9pm EST? 10pm?
2min clock- no cap....DH?

Raise a Blatz High to The Memory Of Mort!!!!!

well, no.
See that's not what the statement was. Lets not make up in our minds what we think its in reference to- its was a pretty straightforward opinion and a similar response regarding what is MOST important.

Secondly, the company did not ask for feedback, they want to know if its malfunctioning. I had a pros and cons statement prepared but felt they are not interested in that so much.

Why you say?

There has been an entire section of the forum devoted to this sorta topic- (hint- its at the bottom of index)
have you seen anyone respond there?

Third- Rivs I might play one SIMPLY IN HONOR OF MORT AND THE BLATZ DAYS no matter how good or bad I think it is.
