I think if you can use something from the discourse in these threads in your team names it would be cool.

For instance, my team names are:

Junior Circuit Try Harders
Senior Circuit Apologies

I am hoping Bob uses a Marilyn reference in his AL team name.

Joker, a no-trades question has one twist. We really want all the games to played with players with the correct league affiliation. But in other 2 team/manager leagues we have allowed the loop hole to trade with yourself to avoid drop penalties (players dropped during a trade do not get hit with the usual drop cost). Then you make a follow-up trade to get the players back to correct league. I would be okay if everyone wanted to use this double trade trick provided their rosters were correct by game time. Any other views?

Honestly, I think the place where Kurt Bevaqua would give you the best chance of winning is on Salt's team.

I couldn't resist. And yes, I AM SORRY !!!!!!

Another dumb question:

Does the stadium pick have to AL/NL designated? Meaning, my NL team has to play its home games in a NL park?

I think it would be cool if we could all do that.

And now is the point of the message where I must depart immediately to move my NL team to an NL park.

On the other hand, there are a number of ambiguous parks. And I suppose the NeL parks would have to qualify for either league.... I DON't KNOW!. and I am S....never mind.

Hope my BIL makes his picks soon! Tom had to work today and he works outside, so he may take a while to thaw out.

Yes, let's make sure the NL team has a NL park and the AL team has a AL park. Are we in agreement that Negro stadiums will be either?

Im fine with Nel parks being either. It adds mystique.

I agree with the parks. Also, Happy Dias de Tres Reyes or 3 Kings Day. Big hokiday here and in Cd Juarez. Chance to receive more presents. We eat roscas which are cakes baked with a plastic Baby Jesus inside and whowver gets the baby has to throw a party for everyone else.

I am the person most likely to mess up the park thing- some are obvious- such as Shibe NL and Shibe AL, but I could easily see myself forgetting if the Brewers were the colt were in the NL or AL that year-

However Kurt Bevaqua and I will venture a solid attempt at not making an error...

Now how bout those divisons-
can we figure out how to keep our NL and AL teams out of the same divisions?

Thinks we need to fix it before we autodraft so we can control who goes where...
