Help with team before waivers

Okay, my team has changed after some really good advice. Can I get some more advice after waivers and before the season starts? Also, I just looked and about 5 teams in my league have parks that are at least 16+ LH ballparks. Is my team lacking the ability to go in to those parks and be successful? I have Aaron, but he is a righty. I was thinking of switching him for the 9.44 Yaz card. Any thoughts on that or on somebody that will do well on my team in those parks, but also contribute during the rest of the season? Last, how about my pitching? I think it's pretty solid, but am looking to tweak.

Also, getting rid of Crosetti at SS, HAL dumped him on me. Not sure which way to go there. Should I go for a big name or save money?
