Hmmm, not sure how to answer this. I don't know the exact percentages, but I do know that MLB has fewer American players every year.

But the real reason for the name is that I live in the United Kingdom, which is in a different part of the world.

Im not really a big fan of changing up the rules after we have all signed up for the league.I am in at least 10 keeper leagues and all have the 10 prospect rules(and as Big knows I am one that loves trading for prospects as well as picks.if you cut it to 8 then that takes away quite a bit of late season trading IMO.

Hawk, thanks for checking in. I don't see the problem discussing minor rules tweaks, but I do get your point about trading prospects. I actually love the prospect aspect of keeper leagues, and for that reason am changing my vote to 10. So with 6 votes for 10, and 2 votes for 'no preference', we'll go with 10 prospects.

I still need active email addresses from most of you.

So we need to decide on ballpark changes - I would go for once every 2 years, separate draft after spring draft and you declare before FA draft, owner may keep their ballpark for as long as they wish.

Also, have we come up with a way to start drafting now that will work for all? I have seen alot of different ideas, just not sure which one will work the best for all.
