An owner has asked to switch stadiums, the stadium rules are somewhat contradictory:
Stadium rules:
1) Each player will draft a stadium during the Initial Free Agent draft.
2) Stadiums are unique and belong to each owner for the duration of the league. There will be no annual or seasonal draft of new stadiums, so choose your stadium wisely.
3) Stadiums can only be changed through trade or once every three years. Players may trade stadiums with other players at any time except while a regular season is in progress.
4) New owners taking over a team may switch stadiums at takeover. After that they are subject to the same stadium rules as everyone else.
5) Current (2011 set) open stadiums- Dodger, Nationals, Rogers Centre, Safeco, Sun Life, Tropicana
#2 says no draft, but then #3 says they "can only be changed through trade or once every three years". If there are no objections then I am going to modify the rules to allow a stadium draft for those teams who have not switched in the last three years. The draft will be held before the FA draft, probably around the 3rd week in February after the new Windows version is released and the ballpark ratings are known. If more than one team wants to switch then the draft order will be based on both of the previous season's records.
If anyone does object please do so within the next week or so, if needed we will vote.
