Maybe its time for a vote for 3hr time limit between certain hours during week? I get a sense we have Big in the UK, I am east coast, Fred west coast? Probably hard to do but assign times so we can do 1 round a day?

I have not experienced a time limit for a draft yet, have they worked well?
