What's the timing for picks?

As short as possible. 
1 minute, but I hope they change that to allow for a fast moving draft.

That's only the max. allotted time per pick.
As soon as someone makes a pick, it goes on to the next one.
We did a 1 minute draft last night in about an hour and 40 minutes, which didn't seem bad at all.

In the old LIVE draft, an extra 30 seconds of clock time meant a 20-30 minute longer draft.
With 300 picks to make, it takes just 20% of the picks to use the full time to extend the draft 30 minutes.
So yes, clock time does makes a big difference in draft time.
(Not to mention other variables, such as number of managers unfamiliar with the interface, etc.)
