Friday Night Live - with Frenzy

In our league mail, looks like nine have said waivers are fine (sooner is better) and no one has said anything against switching to waivers.

Dear SOM...sorry am texting will make brief.

Primarily- consensus is that each owner should receive 2 credits since the draft was messed up plus we missed the frenzy we signed up for.

Option 1- waivers today 5pm eastern...draft order:
Team 1 followed by 12 and descending to team 2 picking last

Option 2 - waivers tomorrow at 5 pm eastern with same order as option 1

Option 3 - frenzy today at 6pm eastern today...this is the least preferrable since many of us would miss the beginning.

WHAT IS THE HOLDUP HERE

Call me both naive optomistic....I thought when they said they would like it resolved quickly I was silly enough to think SOM would be checking here every couple of hours and providing us with feedback...I thought when they asked for feedback when they rolled out LIVE draft last week they would stay on top of any miscues in some of the live drafts...most of us are semi intelligent educated critical thinkers...not sheep...too bad SOM doesnt do a better job of communicating with us

now perhaps more folks understand why a few of us got incredibly frustrated and say negative things much of the time about these experiences. its not just because we are haters with nothing better to do.

BTW- sorry to drop in, someone posted a link here from another thread referencing the live draft issues-
and now that Ive read from the top it just seems to me like the same stuff.

Yep, it's pretty crazy to introduce a significant new product add-on and then to immediately begin to ignore customers that are experiencing problems with the new product. Monopolistic behavior at its finest...

I cant even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with SOM for not giving credits out if only for the extreme hardship and inconvenience that this has caused all of the members of this league. Absolutely staggering.
