Don't think the standard vs. advanced makes any difference.
But yeah I think all the leagues, including this one, have been and are supposed to be DH.
Well, after checking - no - they haven't all been DH leagues.

After looking at the league forming page, it looks like this is set up as a non-DH league. My bad. Sorry about that.
I'm going to withdraw my team and set up another league, with DH and Advanced Level. Sorry for the confusion.
