1. Yes, every draft will take place bi-monthly on the second Sunday night of each month, 9 PM EST.
2. I am going to allow the 24 members to suggest, nominate, and vote for each theme.
3. Shuffle rounds are encouraged (as I like them myself), but it depends upon the group vote.
4. There are no ballpark requirements for the first round, but the group will decide ballpark requirements for the 2nd round.
5. (additional) We will always attempt to recruit the strongest owners. We will have two deadlines. The first deadline is for owner strength, decided upon by the requirements of the group. The second deadline (if the 24 does not fill) is open to the entire community. Exception: The requirement for the first tournament is barnstormer finalist. Finalists have until Wed, Feb 5 to enter. After that, we will open to the entire community. Once a person is in, he stays in, as long as he meets the deadline entrance requirements.
