Pre-Card Draft Keeper League -- Season 28

jflatour99 has agreed to help us out, after I sent the following email to him:

Hey JF, I wonder if I could ask a favor of you?

The annual free agent draft for the Pre-Card Draft Keeper League has been on hold since last Saturday, because thechamp87 has been missing in action. He has not been active in the forums and has not responded to my PM or emails -- and I'm beginning to worry that the pre-card draft will not end up being "pre-card" if we wait much longer!

Would you be willing to (at least temporarily) stand in for Jon, so that we can get the draft started? I figure he must be unable to be involved for some reason and hope that he will return in the near future. Until then, can you act as his substitute?

JF will review rosters, promote prospects, and post drops as soon as he can, and then we will be ready to start the draft!

I've agreed to help you guys and if jon (the champ) is not returning, I'll be glad to take the relieve for him.

As always, with franchises from the champ, there's a lot of depth and talent, so some choices weren't easy !

Just finished watching the Beatles. Will update the rosters shortly.

JF pointed out that Alex Cobb is on two rosters, his and that of terry101.

In looking back at last year's draft, I see that terry101 drafted Cobb in round 7 of the free agent draft, even though he was already on the roster of joekendall / thechamp87 / jflatour99 -- and we all missed that error.

To terry101, do you want to reinstate one of your drops? Or just start the draft with 29 players on your active roster?

To jflatour99: In updating your roster for drops, I noticed that the total had been incorrect, after I traded a prospect to thechamp87 for an active player. You started with 39, instead of 40 -- and now have 29, instead of 30.
