From the "pretty good drafting" discussion below, there has been a debate about what works better - making a lot of moves or standing pat with the teams you draft and waiting to make sure you have a bad card before making a move. I checked out the top 20 teams in the mystery tourney and found that one team made zero moves and another made 192. The distribution of moves is about equal when you look at these ranges:
0-30 moves
31-60
61-100
100 +
So, I think that supports the conclusion that there are many different ways to build great teams. I did note the teams that were not in the top 25 on January 27th and who are now in the top 20. Three of those four teams have made 80 or more moves.
Note - for people reading this who are not in the mystery tourney, this is for four different teams - 2 are done making moves and 2 are about at the midpoint of their season.
