How about we have to take a ballpark from our region?

I thought about it, but I want to make sure it's not too restrictive for some teams.

New England--12 stadiums
New York--23 stadiums
Pennsylvania--21 stadiums
Mid-Atlantic--6 stadiums (Camden, Memorial Parks, Terrapin)
Great Lakes--26 stadiums
Midwest--25 stadiums
Southeast--4 stadiums(Turner, Dolphins, Tropicana, Fulton Co)
MidSouth--2 stadiums (Martin Park, Rickwood Park) Both are offensively restrictive NeL stadiums
Texas--5 stadiums(Arlington, Ameriquest, Astrodomes, Minute Maid)
Great Plains--17 stadiums (StLouis Parks, KC parks, Coors)
California--10 stadiums
West--12 stadiums, counting the DC parks

If there is a great outcry for regional parks, I have no problem with it. But it's very one-sided between the haves and have nots.
There are 3 Canadian Parks that I guess we could give out, probably all to the MidSouth Region.

Sure. Throw in the Canadian parks to the Mid South and at least they'd get Parc Jarry to have one high offense park to choose from.

JMHO, of course.

I'm for regional parks (with the Canadian/South option).
