Franchise League for 2013 sign up anyone?(DRAFTED)

yes regular set and waivers but you can drop and trade free agents (from the franchises besides the 12 we use) with a max of 3 on your roster. Those players carded to your franchise cannot be traded or picked up by other franchises and are your property even if they are not drafted by you or are dropped and not on your active roster. They will serve as your "minor leagues" so to speak.

For instance, I am not planning on drafting Lincecum but he will be an available body to me all year should I ever decide to use him within my $70 million salary cap.

TRADES AMONG FREE AGENTS ARE ALLOWED. I assume the 5/10/20 drop rule is available so we will use it to help everyone build a roster early that they are happy with.

2. 3 free agents allowed to be drafted from teams that are not chosen as part of the league. This will help you fill any weak spots in your franchise but you must remain at or below $70 million. So list those free agents first on your draft list because the players carded to your franchise are exclusively yours all season even if not drafted by you.
3. No DH
4. Random division assignment
5. Must use your Franchise ballpark
6. Please use the city name or actual nickname or both when drafting your team for easy identification of your franchise.
7. Trading of Free Agents is allowed

Question when can we pick up our 3 players from other teams: before or after the draft

You can pick them up prior to joining the league.

make sure you enter them at top of your draft list. Also, you may have up to 3 but you can have 0 or 1 or 2 if you like.

Just no more then 3 and no free agents from the 12 franchises entered.

We still need just one more to sign up
