Not sure we can look for a date/time until we have 12 committed.

Sure, let's start. We can at least eliminate date/times.

I cannot make this weekend. I'm good the next two weekends I believe.

I'm out Saturday to Wednesday on a ski trip

I can probably do a Saturday afternoon, although some Saturdays I wouldn't be available till 3 ET.

I could potentially be available some weekday evenings, but it just depends on the particular day. Thursdays are not as good. Monday through Wednesday is better.

March 22 (Saturday) is preferable to Sunday (March 23).
