Exactly, all you have to do if the deal is unbalanced, is say " and my last pick in this draft."

This year's roster has to stay balanced, so even if you don't include the pick, your trade partner is going to gain one anyway at the end of the draft because all rosters must be at 40 by drafts end. In most case we're talking about a shift of 3 or 4 spots.
