Will the seedlings determine division? If yes, could you please publish? Something tells me last year's champ is in my division.

I'll get back to you on this today. Have to recheck my notes. As for who ends up in whose divisions, someone's got to be in the same division as last year's champ.

My quick answer is that the division seeding will be serpentine.

I'll publish that this aft.

I would prefer to wait. I'm having surgery on Tuesday and doubt that I will be very coherent until Wednesday. I can be ready to go by late Sunday PM, but would bring the draft to a halt on Tuesday. If everyone can live with that, I'm OK with going ahead.

PS. Two Richmond Spiders in my division.

Spider we'll definitely wait for you either way, obviously.

Hoping all goes well and a speedy recovery for you!

I don't see any harm in starting the draft. We'll just wait for you once we get to that point.

I'll get it laid out sometime this evening.

No rush here, but ready to rip whenever. My schedule makes me unavailable from around 9am to 6pm (ET) most days, but I can PM proxies to Geoff or somebody if needed.

Great tourney, best to all, thanks Geoff!

I'm out skiing until Thursday so a little delay for the start would help me as well.

Stoney is number 8 and Spider is number 9 in the seedings. Why don't we get started for 1-7, and when we get to Stoney we'll wait, and same with Spider.

I'm not in the finals (didn't even make the semis), but I just thought I would point out the Diamond Dope draft application is still running and has the 2012 Unleashed set loaded:

http://www.diamonddope.com

You can set it up as a five-round non-serpentine draft and pick stadiums there as well.
