Fellas,
With Cubit's final vote here is the final talley:
Lottery - No, 12-0
Unleashed - Yes, 8-4
Random Division Selection - Yes -1st Season, No - 2nd Season, 8-4
In For The Season - 12

So, the Lottery is abandoned, the Unleashed Card Set is adopted, Random Division Selection is adopted in the format:
1st Season - Yes, 2nd Season - No (According to the current rules, the best should have been in the East. I put them in the West for some reason. It will be "The East is the Beast" in the 2nd Season)

I will update the files. Also, as I stated in an previous post with Rant, you may start posting your Drops on the Drop Thread
I posted on the ILC. Drops will be due March 17. This will give us 2 weeks to study the cards. Then I'll develop the Player Availability List and start the FA Draft in a week or so, hopefully the last week of March. We'll try to shoot for starting the 1st Season by the end of mid April. Looking forward for another season with you all.
The Catchers & Pitchers are in Spring Training Camp and the rest to follow.

The way this draft unfolded isn't at all consistent with the post by Tim listed above. Instead of having time to study the cards and look over the players available listing the draft started immediately after the last drop was in. Had I known that was the case I would have done things a lot differently. I'm all for speeding up the process but zero notice is rough. Here is the complaint I list over on the league chat thread...

"I've just noticed that Xander Boegarts did get an "unleashed " card. I searched for him when I was doing my drops but obviously I wasn't using the "unleashed" set. Having said that I would like to alter my drop list and promote him to my roster. Technically I think I should be able to do it because I was under the impression that I had until the 15th of March to have my finalized drop list completed. In an attempt to be considerate I got my list in asap with the thought process that I could look it over again before the draft started. I certainly would have caught this looking over the player available lists which I haven't done yet.

I'd hate to lose out on a player like Boegarts (a consensus top 3 prospect) whom I drafted two years ago because my drops got locked in when the draft started 4 days early. Also, this is first year that we have ever used the "unleashed" set, correct?"

Seems like this is a problem that could easily be fixed.

Cubit, send me your pick and I will post as proxy if you'd like once the Bogarts situation has been resolved.

this is also how I read the rules:
"If we are playing unleashed, and the title above would lead me to believe so, then Drew would either need to add Bogarts to his roster or drop him, making him eligible for the draft."
