Another Franchise League

Just so that we are clear, if someone comes in as a replacement and takes a team other than the Red Sox we will have to redo our draft cards cause now that team's players are no longer available and Red Sox players are. I'm ok with doing that but everyone would have to check in and confirm they are good to go or we could have a real problem on our hands. And it is now past the time Michael Grammes said he would be in.

everyone should check but there are no real problems. it's conceivable that you could get an "assigned" player after the auto-draft anyway. you'll simply have to drop him (or trade him to the designated team). we obviously need to get this moving and i'd look for a replacement for #12.

I do have a question: I know rules say the free agents form non picked teams can be traded but is there trading allowed in between chosen team players ex: Indians players for Tigers players

yes your free agents can be traded for other free agents

Rules: 2013
regular set
1. $70 million cap to attempt parity and encourage taking your favorite team
2. 3 free agents allowed to be drafted from teams that are not chosen as part of the league. This will help you fill any weak spots in your franchise but you must remain at or below $70 million. So list those free agents first on your draft list because the players carded to your franchise are exclusively yours all season even if not drafted by you.
3. Random division assignment
4. Must use your Franchise ballpark
5. Please use the city name or actual nickname or both when drafting your team for easy identification of your franchise.
6. Trading of free agents is allowed
7. Waivers/5/10/20
8. Vote on DH or no DH when you sign up (majority rule)
