Lite cd rom baseball format question

Does anyone know if there is a cd rom "lite" version of anything else other than the HOF cd rom strat-o-matic is selling on there website? I am looking to purchase the Lite version for a younger relative without him going online with an internet connection. Can anyone help? I have sent an email to the website, but have heard nothing back. Looking for single seasons or decades instead of the HOF cd rom. Thanks everyone.
