Proposed Franchise List for selections

Arizona EXP
Braves (Boston, Milwaukee, Atlanta)
St. Louis Brown/Baltimore Orioles
Dodgers (Brooklyn, LA)
Boston RedSox
California EXP
Chicago Cubs
Chicago White Sox
Cincinnati Reds
Cleveland Indians
Colorado EXP
Detroit Tigers
Florida EXP
Houston EXP
Kansas City EXP
Milwaukee EXP (Brewers)
Minnesota EXP plus Washington (db, pre, post)
Montreal EXP
GIants (NY/SF)
New York Mets
New York Yankees
Negro League
A's (Philadelphia, Kansas City post, Oakland)
Philadelphia Phillies
Pittsburgh Pirates
San Diego EXP
Seattle EXP
St. Louis Cardinals
Tampa Bay EXP
Texas EXP plus Wash EXP
Toronto EXP

Once again, you would combine two franchises to make one team. A player that has cards for more than one franchise belongs to the highest salary franchise, through the end of the waiver draft. For example, Pedro Martinez "belongs" to Montreal. Please respect the rules and do not try to draft and keep players who have a higher value card with another manager's franchise.

If a player selection mistake is made and somehow a player is not dropped by the franchise making the error until after the waiver draft, the "owning" franchise should "claim" that player by sending an email to all before waivers.

Any other questions?

I'm of the mindset that last (12th) might be best. Since that also gives you the 13th selection and thereby the chance to look at all the remaining teams to identify which two franchises compliment each other to form the best single team.

I think you just go to your original posting on this thread, click on the subject box, and it opens up for you to edit.

Looks like you got it!!

2. I prefer to leave Washington as a separate franchise in an of itself. So whoever takes Washington gets all four (db, pre, post, exp).
3. Similarly, Texas and MInn stand by themselves.
4. The Browns and Orioles would be combined.

If that goes against the grain of anyone, I'm open to proposed solutions, but it will need to be resolved before we start choosing

I think that Musial has a point- i dont think Minnesota and or Texas will end up getting selected - but if you add them to the Washington Franchise than Carew and someothers may get some action- just my 2 cents

Okay - I'm reasonable.

The Wash db, pre and post will go with Minnesota, and the Wash EXP will go with Texas.

The Franchise list a few messages above has been revised to include such.
