OK, since there isn't consensus, I'm going to say let's do this on the boards. With only six owners, this should move fairly quickly.

We'll do no clock in the first round, three hour slots after. IF it's desired, we can do one hour time slots (10 AM-10 PM ET, weekdays) for rounds 25 to 41.

Draft slots from NY as suggested. We'll use tomorrow's numbers, and officially start drafting on Monday morning at 10 (I'll set up a thread on the ILC and picks may be made earlier).

For clarity, since I'm not sure I understand the NY draw system 100%, Wednesday's number was 04-10-11-18-25-28**27 first usable number is 04 (Frank). In that case the order would be:

my suggestion was the pick 3 numbers which is run twice daily so as to start ASAP

as commish you can decide how to proceed but as there is no clock I see no reason not to start as soon as order is determined
if you wanted to start right away ask for a random number order on the boards.

Fair enough. I'll just ask for a random number generation on the main board, and we can start now.
