Pedro and Maddux pitch a 10 inning shutout. rburgh wins in the 11th, 3-0. rburgh also wins the 2nd game, 10-3, making the Tomsk home team sad. Rburgh has now won six playoff games in a row and they play the next three games at his place. They are smoking!
It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings. It's not like Bruce's team isn't good enough to win 4 of 5. Two big things happened in game 2, though. Pierce went the distance, giving Murray a day off. And Frank Chance got injured for 3 games.
