whats the som policy on gifts?

Is there a rule about say offering a personal prize/gift from a user as an added incentive to join a league you want people to join?

So for example say i want to try a 24 team league and offered say a ken griffey jr upper deck rookie card to the winner of the league as an incentive to join. Would that be against som forum policy?

If you go to Contact Us and send an e-mail to SOM requesting that one or more credits be transferred from your account to that of another member, SOM will transfer the credit(s). I've never seen any reason to think that SOM is concerned about why you transfer credits.
