I've seen gbrookes on the draft site several times, including right now, but for some reason he hasn't made his expired pick.

He said it was goign to be a tough day for him. Maybe he messed up the proxies or something.

He just picked. Now we're wiating on Spider.

I picked Russel Martin a little earlier today. And no, I haven't been on the site, unless you mean stratdraft. I'm picking again right now.

GB, the site showed that you were on. Not sure how it *thinks* it knows. <shrug>

GB we were just wondering why you were logged in to stratdraft and didn't pick your expired player for so long...no problems at all.

Joe I don't want to be the judge and jury on that, just gave you my opinion. Others may feel differently.

Well, the logic for using it is when you're not sure if you'll get back but you don't want to be skipped so you have a "default" pick. But, i think for our purposes, you *should* be getting back before 3 hours and if you have a proxy, you're meaning to take that player. I think it's too easy to use it incorrectly like Spider just did.

That said, if there's a strong feeling the other way we can turn it back on.

Made my pick. Loading proxies this evening for future picks.

OK what does the deadline mean? I thought it would be my time to pick by now. I haven't been watching anything since 7am until around 4 when I got home. Went to baseball practice and now back. Is the draft done for the night?

The clock runs to 7pm PDT so that means if a pick is made after 4pm PDT (which happened today) then the clock is off for the night. In the morning, the clock starts at 7am PDT which means the first pick has to be made by 10am PDT.

Big A will pick late tonight, it seems that he gets up early over in Germany (I believe) it's around 5:30 am right now.

Sent Joe proxies for the next 3 rounds. If they don't make it then pass me and I will pick when I get home after 4pm pst. It works for me.

Looks like the draft was "paused" Not sure how that happened, probably an accident, but I unpaused it right before you posted that.
