I carried over the F2F "no salary" pick mentality to this draft. In past drafts, I had few spending constraints in the middle to late rounds.

My next few picks will be from the KMart dent can aisle.

I watched an owner pitch Quintana in four series and he hardly had a scratch on the card. The "Latos" card surprised me too. I had my eyes on a few SPs but those went before I could draft them.

Unless you all draft hard LHSPs, then I'll fall out of love with the "Alex Gordon" card. :x

I believe the clock issue may be because of an option creating equal time slices. This would create a fixed time for each persons pick and why the draft clock needed to be "reset" after a group of picks.

I turned this option off. It did reset GBrookes clock back to 3 hours. Let's see if it works like we want after that pick is made.

Yeah, now GB has four hours isntead of 3. He should have to pick at 10:37. Sort of figured he'd check in by now. Usually he's right on it. We could tweak the hours, just for GB, to put it back on track, but I don't know if we want to mess around with it so much.

Jeep, you're right, this has been anything but smooth. :( Hopefully we'll get better with this site.

Next time, we can find a 3 hour block of time and get 26 rounds done. It can be accomplished with 1 minute time slots.

Sorry guys. I am honestly checking in fairly frequently, but my morning was occupied with family and work.

Made my pick.

**I have now loaded some proxies. ** :D Honestly, I had to look for that for about 15 minutes, until I realized that the player codes were lower down on the same page. I know I had found that before, but I couldn't remember where they were until I found them again today just now! Seriously, I have a great memory, but it's short.

I discovered something in the "my profile" section. Around the middle of the various options, there's an option to have the program send me an email re draft progress. I've filled that in now. That should help. 8-)

I'm now getting the hang of this site. Yeah, I'm a bit of a luddite when it comes to new web sites. (I'll buy some more time for myself while some of you might look up that word!). ;)

Sorry for the delay. I was debating between two guys and then work intervened. Ugh. Pick made. Jeep is up.

Corky, What are you going to do with Lind and Calhoun? No defense with those two!

This is a DH league right?

Calhoun has decent range and a good arm. The errors don't bother me do much because my CF and LF have 1 combined.

3 hour clock seems to be working appropriately now.

As GBrookes said, in the My Profile page you can have email notification when it's your turn to pick.

Thanks Stoney....I thought it probably had something to do with the settings.

Well, it will be interesting to see how many errors he makes e21 is pretty bad, but you're right that you've surrounded him with good fielders.

Well, while we're drafting high E-rat OFers, I guess I'll take Almonte! ;) 8-)
