Is it ok to go ahead and join or are we waiting to decide on Frenzy vs. waivers?

I like the idea of our group just agreeing what the frenzy time is - especially on a holiday weekend, and with Arryl's lack of access. What about Arryl - should we actually just wait for Arryl for the frenzy - which also would mean waiting for a few days. What do you think about waiting for Arryl?

I'd say "join" when the central group loads. I believe you're in the central so you've time to wait.

With ArrylT in Europe - the waivers run near midnight. A bit of a disadvantage for him

We could hold off on loading and load on Saturday midday so ArrylT and Joe are up.

I think we should just leave it the way we always do. Usually there isn't much of a frenzy anyway.
