One A.L. & One N.L. Theme League

I have a lot of teams going right now but I was wondering if there might be any interest in a theme league sometime over the next few weeks. I was thinking of the old theme where each of 12 managers drafts one A.L. team and one N.L. team? I would prefer DH, and 75 to 85 million salary cap (I am open on that). . It would just be a two round draft, and I would really prefer DH and the option to choose ANY stadium. The stadium would NOT HAVE to be one from one of your two teams and there could be repeats... From the remaining undrafted teams we could do a two round draft for two extra players not on our two teams,...OR NOT. I am open on that one...Any interest maybe...?????

I like two team themes. I would prefer no extra players from the undrafted teams. With a strict two team league you will likely have a hole or two in the lineup or rotation but real teams also have these holes so it would be a fun theme.

I could be interested in a 1 AL + 1 NL team league, but prefer LMBombers idea of not using extra players from undrafted teams (easier to keep track of for my simple mind). I prefer DH, don't care about the stadium, and think the traditional $80M would suffice.

It has been a long time since I have done a themed league, however. Are trades permitted between Strat teams in such a league?

I am game for keeping it to the two teams, one from each league and NOT having the two additional players. And 80 million dollar cap seems fine. DH is kind of important to me. And I will leave it up to the majority on whether we allow trades from our two teams.

This league sounds interesting, and I might give it a shot. However, I mainly wanted to ask about live drafts for 2013. I just decided two weeks ago to give live drafts for 2013 another shot, but nobody seems to want to join one. Have people lost interest in the live drafts for 2013--while keeping interest in them for Mystery and ATG-- or is this just a temporary lull in that interest?

I think with so many options leagues are filling slowly. I noticed something about a live draft for tonight that has three spots left.

I think you're right, although there have been like 6 auto-draft 2013 leagues filled since I signed up for my live draft team. I have been checking for 2013 Live drafts--and I checked for that one you mentioned--but there haven't been any with more than 5 players filled. There is a 6 team 2012 with three slots left, but I'm saying goodbye to my last 2012 team tonight.
