Question About Mock Draft - Max Left Total

On the Mock Live Draft screen there are three totals Max: $58.80m Left:$69.30m Total: 80M

What does Max mean?

For the Mock Draft, I drafted Kershaw (10.70m) in the first round and the Max became some number that didn't reconcile to anything.

Max is how much you can spend on one player and have enough left to fill all your remaining open spots with .50 players
